Bath’s love for retail started nearly 40 years ago working at boutiques through high school and college. After owning her own floral, decor, and gift shop for over a decade, she made the jump into the wholesale world becoming a sales rep working with Wisconsin retailers. When not working, Beth enjoys gardening, entertaining and exploring state and national parks. A self-described history nerd, she loves visiting historical sites and museums. While learning the floral trade in the early 2000s, she returned to school earning certificates in plant studies and garden design and owned a small garden design company. “Every retail shop is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all.” Working with buyers to find the products and mix perfect for their shop, that’s the dream job I get to do every day
